1984 Yamaha BW — Wild Style Award Winner

Commissioned once again by Thomas Patterson, CEO of Weekend Digital, this 1984 Yamaha BW build was born from trust. After the success of our first collaboration, Thomas came back asking for something even more aggressive—no constraints, no compromises.

The project began with a complete teardown of a stock 1984 Yamaha Big Wheel dual sport. From there, the bike was rebuilt from the ground up with a singular focus: visual impact, mechanical presence, and unapologetic attitude.

We fabricated a fully custom seat subframe with an integrated bash guard, converted the rear suspension to a monoshock setup, and extended the swingarm to enhance both stance and performance. A custom stainless steel exhaust system and stainless steel fuel tank were built in-house, paired with a bespoke upholstered seat designed to balance comfort with brutality.

Up front, we designed a new light shroud housing both a primary headlight and an integrated floodlight, giving the bike a distinctly aggressive face. Massive ATV tires front and rear anchor the bike visually and physically, while carbon fiber exhaust elements add contrast and refinement.

The result is a machine that feels more like a weapon than a motorcycle—raw, oversized, and intentionally extreme.

This build was awarded the Wild Style Award at the 2021 One Moto Show in Portland, Oregon.
